a social centre for connection, belonging & collective power
Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, The Beeches is a rural hub for community health, social justice, and ecological regeneration. A place for people and social movements to connect, organise, heal and nurture collective joy.
We host our own programmes and community events, as well as being an accessible venue and resource for other groups.
The Beeches Collective is a growing ecosystem of community organisers, health & social care practitioners, artists, youth workers, food growers and activists.
We are exploring how to rekindle our relationships with soil, soul and society through creating a site for deep inquiry, learning and community care.
